Risk Services Safety Trainer

We’re looking for a Risk Services Safety Trainer to join our San Diego, California branch team

Risk Services Safety Trainer job duties include:

  • Delivering identified IOA safety programs which includes but does not limit Restaurant or other created industry specific Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP), Safety Calendar with accompanying trainers guide, and live 5 Star Safety Programs
  • Deliver and discuss all Restaurant and other Risk Management programs, products, and services including RiskScore® (SWAT analysis), LMS, Claims Portal, and safety training as requested by designated producers and clients. 
  • Work with Claims advocate to identify trends and solutions to safety needs. 
  • customer service management improvements
  • Internal/external sales presentations and support
  • Risk Services training

 Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Preferred safety certification and training
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation and decision-making skills
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to perform large work volumes with high degrees of accuracy
  • PC proficiency
  • Exceptional personal character
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Ability to travel more than 50% of time
