Field Operations Junior Specialist

We’re looking for a Field Operations Junior Specialist to join our Longwood, Florida branch team!

Field Operations Junior Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Assists in tracking and processing contracts associated with mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensures contracts are filed in keeping with company standards, and delegates filing to other team members as needed.
  • Completes agency profiles and agreements, and compiles requested documentation for submission to various carriers for new agreements and to update existing agreements.
  • Continually maintains and updates carrier database, ensuring accurate contract details are current and available for company use at all times.
  • Serves as company resource for any employees or agents seeking carrier information.
  • Facilitates new producer background check process.
  • Coordinates paperwork to onboard new Producers, including preparing any contracts to be signed.

Qualified candidates will have:


  • 2+ years licensing/contracting experience
  • Excellent administrative, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office
  •  Exceptional personal character
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
