We’re looking for an Field Operations Team Support to join our Longwood, Florida.

Field Operations Team Support will:

  • Assist with licensing verification for Employee Incentive Program and Personal Policy Commissions.
  • Process bank account changes/corrections with carriers as needed.
  • Assist Field Operations specialists process new bank account setup for direct deposit and sweep accounts with carriers for new acquisitions.
  • Assist with carrier logins in order to access commission statements, change direct deposit accounts, etc.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card statements on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain Field Operations contact database with carrier accounting personnel information proven to be best point of contact for banking changes and discrepancies.
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
