Summary: We are looking for a customer support specialist in a payroll service bureau setting. Individual must have knowledge of all aspects of payroll, FPC or CPP preferred. Individual is responsible for assisting clients with use of our system, processing client payroll, and any additional duties as needed. Individual must be organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to work independently and be able to work under pressure.
